Your Details
We will not pass you details on to any other companies, we may however, send you emails from time to time
to keep you updated of new products.
Orders & Payment
Orders can be placed via the web site, email, post or telephone. For telephone orders please contact
us on 01727 832869. When placing an order via any other method than the web site, you will be
required to state that you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions.
For orders placed via the Internet using a credit or debit card, please be aware that some items have a
minimum order quantity, these are clearly marked and the quantity box must be amended by the customer
before checkout, should you not amend this and then wish the order to be cancelled, there will be a
processing fee of 5% to cover our credit card charges.
We do not retain credit or debit card details.
Payment can be taken via the web site using PayPal and we also accept personal cheque’s and bank
transfers. When paying by cheque, the goods will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.
Delivery
All goods are sent by courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature.
Delivery is normally 5 - 10 days, however this can change for certain goods, We will advise upon
receipt of your order if delivery is expected to be delayed. For rush orders please state when you
require goods for and we will advise if delivery is possible, however, this may carry an extra charge.
Please also note that the price for delivery by courier is £7.95, however some orders requiring a large
number of goods which may exceed the weight limit set by the courier, will incur an extra delivery
cost. We will contact you upon receipt of your order if there is a further delivery charge to discuss
payment and to confirm that the order is still required.
Handmade favours can be collected from 2 Marshals Drive, St Albans, Herts, AL14QZ.
All other goods will be posted and are not available for collection.
Due to the growing number of credit card fraud, when paying by credit or debit card,
we will only deliver to the address to which the card is registered.
The Favour Boutique accepts no responsibility for delay in delivery due to postal strikes.
Returns
Should you not be happy with your purchase and wish to cancel your order please contact us by email
or telephone within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will then advise where the goods are to be
returned to. The goods will need to be returned at a cost to you and must be returned via courier or
Royal Mail Special Delivery within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
. The Favour Boutique accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of any returned
goods whilst in your possession, or possession of your chosen postal method.
The goods must be returned in the same condition they were received in, and must be unopened and un used
and in the original packaging.
Your payment will normally be refunded within 10 days of receipt of returned goods, however, depending
on type of payment, this may take up to 28 days. Payment will be refunded via original payment method.
Handmade favours and confectionery can not be returned or refunded for any reason, unless the goods arrive
with you damaged, in which case, you must contact us immediately.
To receive a refund the above terms must be adhered to. We reserve the right to reject any returns
which do not meet these conditions
We do not charge our customers a credit or debit card fee, however, if orders paid via credit or debit
cards are to be refunded , we do charge a 5% processing fee to cover our credit or debit cards charges.
Damaged Goods
We must be informed within 3 working days of any goods which may arrive with you damaged.
